The Joker didn't bother deigning Harvey with more than a "mmhmm" that was nothing more than vibrations, really, bobbing his head as his hands scraped along Harvey's sides and hips.
He almost wanted to stop, pull away and maybe try to get Harvey to tell him to get back to it. Probably be too much to ask, but he was tempted.
