The Joker himself almost wanted to take Harvey's coin, flip to see if he should keep entertaining the conversation or continue trying to be more physically argumentative. It wasn't a hard decision, though - he liked hearing Harvey try to reaffirm himself with those low noises and groans escaping him. Liked seeing him reluctantly slide fiber-by-fiber looser, a little easier.
He was quick to take all of Harvey into his mouth - ugh, gag reflex or no, it wasn't a pleasant feeling - working on him for a few minutes of silence before dragging his mouth up and off, tongue trailing along the underside of the other's erection.
"No," he rasped, swallowing briefly as he looked up at Harvey, "Always no. Harvey, why don't you do something productive - either argue with me while I'm doing this, or tell me how to better occupy our time." He raised an eyebrow, smirked, "Okay?", then returned to what he had been doing before Harvey decided to be so stubborn.
