[He mixes her a long island - even if he doesn't have the glass for it and he's all about appearances - and gets himself a rum & coke. (At least, it looks like a rum and coke, but the alcohol might as well be nonexistent in it. Not that he made that obvious.)

He heads back over to her and hands her the drink, flopping down gracelessly on the couch.]
